U.S. Cahaba Land Office - statement of lands sold at the minimum price and at a greater price, 1817-1820.

This series consists of a quarterly statement of lands sold at the minimum price and of lands sold at a higher price. The statement includes the total number of acres sold, the total amount of purchase money received, the total acres sold at the minimum price and the total acres sold at a greater price for each quarter, 1817-1820. Also included are statements of land sold at the Milledgeville Land Office before it was moved to Cahaba in 1819 June. This record provides a useful summary of lands sold at Milledgeville and Cahaba during the formative years of the Cahaba Land District.
